Drip Glaze Bowl – Green, Medium

Prempracha's Collection has shaped stoneware ceramics in San Kamphaeng, near Chiang Mai, since 1986, still run today by the family that founded it.

This piece is finished in the workshop's drip-glaze technique: a glossy glaze applied heavier at the rim and left to run as it fires, pooling into deeper colour along the base of each fold. Here it comes in green, its petal-like form spanning 33 by 35 centimetres and rising 21.5 centimetres - tall enough to hold real weight and shadow in an arrangement.
